Android Application Privacy Policy

I, Tien Dat PHAN, built the [Send SMS Handsfree by Voice] application as a free but ad-included application. This SERVICE is provided by me at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that I collect are used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at [Send SMS Handsfree by Voice], unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, the application may require you to grand certain permissions on your Android device, including and limited to permission to read contacts and permission to record audio.

Regarding the read contact permission, the application is a SMS generator. Therefore, it needs the contact list to allow users to select the target contact(s) of the SMS. Regarding the permission to record audio, this application uses Google speech to text library to listen and convert user inputted voice to text, then making the action accordingly (search for contacts, select contacts, unselect contacts, add message, etc.)

However, the information that the application used is retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The application does have a small Google Admob banner at the bottom of its main screen. This component requires the internet access permission on your device when using my application.

Children’s Privacy

This application does NOT contain any inappropriate languages, images or videos for children. However, if you are a parent or guardian, I recommend that you should be aware if your children are using this applications on your devices, since they can send unexpected messages to your contacts.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
